"The primary reason for looking for a personal trainer was to bulk up. After spending years going to the gym and walking past the weights straight to the treadmill it was time to get some motivation. Ollie's approach has been perfect. At the start I was pretty nervous about my general lack of strength, but Ollie was professional and offered encouragement to keep me going. He did not over promise in terms of the timescale for results and set realistic goals. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and explains the benefits of each exercise. My programs are changed on a regular basis to keep them interesting and Ollie gives me a plan to work to outside of his sessions.
