New personal training studio in Lymm

Oliver James Personal Training has recently moved in to a purpose built personal training studio in Lymm Village. This allows us to have a base in the heart of Cheshire. The studio boasts a great selection of equipment including spin bikes, power blocks, TRX suspension, kettle bells, medicine balls, boxing bags and many more.

The personal training studio is in the same building as other businesses in the leisure industry so we are able to refer you to other professionals in the industry. Also included in the building is male and female changing rooms including showers along with parking at the front of the building.

Personal training in Lymm can now be offered in a gym environment without having many other people watching you.
